    Holding the position of Financial Documentation Specialist with German you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and summarizing clauses from a variety of financial documents in German and English languages.
    Other duties will include providing professional, timely, and prompt service and responses to the Delivery Manager, accurately identyfy issues.cooperation with a team of lawyers on several financial abstraction or documentation projects

    Your new role
    You will act as a regional counsel for Central and Eastern Europenbsp managing and coordinating the delivery of legal services, having daily contact with Managers from Germany and Austria. You will be responsible for providingnbsp legal advice and counselling on operational transactions: reviewing and developing procurement agreements for use with local suppliers, drafting, negotiating and approving contractual commitments. The scope of duties will include providing legal advice to CEE management and legal oversight of claims, litigation, employment and competition law.nbsp

    To be successful in this role you need to have Polish and English business-level fluency - German would be an asset - experience in corporate and commercial law in multinational, manufacturing company, ability to command the respect of and communicate effectively with, a diverse range of business leaders and legal partners across and outside CEE region.     We need reinforcement to achieve our ambitious goals. We are looking for a qualified full-time Business Continuity Manager (m/f) for our Internal Organisation department at the earliest opportunity.

    Your area of responsibility:

    - Implementation of an efficient emergency and crisis management system
    -nbspSystematic preparation for coping with incidents
    - Identification of potential threats to critical business processes and their proactive preparation and availability of action measures
    nbsp- Avoidance of the interruption (even if only temporary) of important business processes even in critical situations and emergencies
    - Ensuring the unrestricted functionality of the company in the event of an emergency or crisis within tolerable downtimes.
    - Strengthening risk resilience to safeguard stakeholder interests, reputation, brand and value creation
    - Securing the economic existence of the company despite loss event

    Further main tasks:
    - Continuous monitoring and adaptation of the BCM policy to legal and functional requirements. Regular review of the defined roles and responsibilities.
    - Ongoing review and further development of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), coordination of tolerable downtime and restart parameters, criticality assessment due to inheritance of risks
    - Continuous survey and evaluation of crisis scenarios, determination and control of the necessary resources in the event of a crisis for the five phases (1. emergency measures, 2. restart of emergency operation, 3. emergency operation, 4. restoration of normal operation, 5. post-processing), ongoing review of emergency plans for safeguarding critical business processes
    - Ensuring crisis management structures, implementation and further development of alerting and crisis communication channels to control and monitor a crisis
    - Conception and support of tests and exercises to review the emergency concept and crisis management, transfer of lessons learned into the BCM approach
    - Review of measures taken and improvement activities for their effectiveness, control of the BCM life cycle according to the principles of planning (Plan), implementation (Do), control (Check) and improvement (Act):
    - Ensuring regular management reporting
