    For our Client, international company with global reach, we are looking for 2 Junior Specialists to join Client Reporting team within financial area in Warsaw.

    Your new role:

    As Junior Reporting Accountant you will be responsible to prepare various cyclic and ad-hoc reports to internal or external Client globally. Client Reporting team is supporting reporting activities by preparing financial dashboards for internal or external purposes to summarise expenses, Client activity, agents performance, etc. You will be a part of a team and you will also have direct contact with internal Client in terms of reporting related manners.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    We are looking for juniors and graduates open to work with data and systems. Good knowledge of Excel and previous experience with data processing will be considered an asset. Because of the international character of the role we are looking for candidates with good English skills (B2 min).

      Your new role:

      As a paralegal specialist you will be a member of Legal team and your role will be to support around 30 Lawyers and Legal Advisors across EMEA.
      The spectrum of duties at this role includes analysing legal documents, reviewing contracts and ensuring its compliance to corporate policies updating documents and managing documents amp on-line databases. At this role you will be also assist in preparing, filing and organizing legal documents and agreements and performing a variety of law-related tasks.


      The role will also involve maintenance amp updating of corporate records, includes assembly of all required support documentation, obtaining clarification from external counsel when needed and obtaining necessary signatures from executive management.


      Requirements:
      Successful Candidate should hold a Degree in Law and speak excellent English. Hired person will be responsible for handling legal documents and contracts from EMEA region. We are looking for Law graduates with about 1 ndash 3 years or fresh after an internship in similar position. Knowledge of international legal systems and regulations is a big advantage.
      Due to the nature of the work, attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision in a proficient manner are essential. Highly developed interpersonal skills, good problem solving, professionalism and excellent communication are also a key. Very good knowledge in MS Office is also required.
